Three jobs share this leaf and each is picked differently. A blowgun is chosen on nozzle form, a spray gun on feed type and needle size, and a grease or underbody gun on what it is dispensing. What they have in common is the inlet thread, which has to match the air line already in the bay, and the fact that none of them work properly on a supply that cannot hold pressure.
Blowguns split by nozzle. A conical nozzle concentrates the blast, a safety nozzle bleeds pressure sideways so it cannot be held against skin, an extension reaches into a cavity and a turbo or aircurtain nozzle moves more air for the same supply. Low noise forms exist because a blowgun is the loudest thing on many benches. The PCL BG ladder runs these forms on a common Rp 1/4 inlet.
Spray guns split by how paint reaches the needle. Gravity feed hangs the pot above the gun and empties completely, suction feed draws from a pot below and suits larger volumes, and pressure pot systems feed from a separate vessel for long runs. Pot sizes here run 100 to 600ml and needle sizes are stated per gun, with pattern guns held alongside for coarser work.
Grease, underbody and caulking guns close the leaf out, along with long and right-angled Draper blow guns for work behind a panel. Nozzle form, inlet thread and pot size are all on the listing, and a photo of the existing coupling over WhatsApp on 07754288583 settles whether a gun will connect. Pot sizes, needle sizes and nozzle forms are given per gun rather than per range, so two guns from the same ladder can be compared directly.
