An extraction filter matches by the machine it protects, and the SIP extractors run in named sets that renew together. The 05813 takes its primary and high efficiency filters, the 05814 its high efficiency form, and the 05815 its cylinder cartridge and carbon filters, sold singly or as the combined kit, so the model on the extractor picks the set complete.
The 5800 series welding extractors run their own family: the anti spark metallic filter and the 85 percent efficiency cartridge for the 5800, and the absolute filter and pre filter shared by the 5802, 806 and 812 machines, the stages layered so the metallic face catches sparks first and the cartridges catch the fume behind it. The PAPR main HEPA filter serves the powered respirator side of the same discipline, matched to its unit.
Filters are staged on purpose, and changed the same way: the cheap first stage takes the sparks and coarse dust to spare the expensive fine stages behind it, so pre and primary filters change often while the absolute and carbon stages last much longer, and falling extraction at the hood is a filter message before it is ever a motor fault, checked first stage first.
Extraction nozzles pick on two numbers, bore and length: nylon nozzles in 5, 6, 7 and 8mm bores across 700 and 1000mm lengths, copper nozzles in 5 and 6mm bores where sparks and heat demand metal at the tip, with the extraction hose alongside for the run back to the machine. The model typed into search finds a machine's set, the drop down selector shows it in one view, and a photo over WhatsApp on 07754288583 names any unmarked filter.
