The Sealey HVCOM3 EV/Hybrid Safety Kit brings together three essential items to address these hazards in one package. The EV18 arc flash face shield provides 1000V protection against arc flash caused by short circuits on live electrical systems. It is manufactured from clear polycarbonate with anti-misting and anti-scratch treatment for clear, lasting visibility. The HVG1000VL Class 0 electrician's safety gloves are suitable for hybrid and electric vehicles and rated for systems up to 1kV AC in accordance with EN 60903. The HVM17K02 electrician's insulating rubber safety mat measures 1 x 1m and has been independently tested and certified to offer safe protection up to 17kV AC in accordance with BS EN 61111. Together, these three components provide face, hand, and underfoot protection when carrying out high-voltage work on EV and hybrid platforms.
