The Draper 70940 Electricians Lockout Kit addresses this directly by providing the essential hardware needed to isolate electrical circuits and secure them against re-energisation, helping employers and engineers adhere to health and safety requirements across electrical and general maintenance applications. The kit covers a comprehensive range of isolation scenarios through its 15-piece contents. Circuit breaker lockout requirements are addressed by a standard miniature circuit breaker lockout pin for inward-facing toggles a standard pin for outward-facing toggles a wide-pin variant two medium circuit breaker lockouts a miniature circuit breaker lockout tie bar a universal circuit breaker lockout a mini universal circuit breaker lockout and an aluminium MCB lockout toggle. A clamp-on breaker lockout covering the 10 mm to 16 mm range and a second covering 13 mm to 38 mm extend compatibility to a wider variety of breaker handle profiles. Group lockout procedures are supported by a non-conductive lockout hasp with six holes on a 6 mm thread allowing multiple padlocks to secure a single isolation point simultaneously. The included dielectric safety lockout padlock is non-conductive reducing electrical risk at the point of lockout. Five safety tags and a black marker pen enable clear on-the-spot identification and authorisation labelling. All components are supplied in a sturdy EVA case keeping the kit organised and ready for use in workshop commercial or industrial environments.
