Lifting Equipment FinderThe SIP 03642 is a 5-tonne long floor jack designed to provide easier access beneath larger and wider vehicles, including cars, SUVs, vans, trucks and trailers. Its extra-long body and correspondingly long handle ensure the jack can be correctly positioned for powerful, secure lifting regardless of vehicle size or wheelbase, making it a dependable choice for professional workshop and fleet maintenance environments.
Constructed entirely from steel, the 03642 delivers a robust and stable platform capable of supporting loads up to 5 tonnes. Manoeuvrability across the workshop floor is assisted by an integrated rear toe plate together with large wheels and castors, allowing the jack to be guided into position with minimal effort even in confined bays.
The integrated Quick-Lift system, activated via a foot pedal, raises the 130 mm contact saddle rapidly and efficiently to the lifting point, reducing the physical effort required from the operator during repeated use. Once the vehicle is elevated, a built-in release knob controls the descent, lowering the load slowly and in a controlled manner. An integrated handle lock provides an additional layer of security by preventing accidental disengagement during the lift, protecting both the operator and the vehicle. The adjustable lifting height spans 150 mm to 560 mm, accommodating a broad range of vehicle ground clearances. Safety Bypass is not fitted to this model.
