The SIP 09844 WINNTEC® 20 TON Trolley Air Bottle Jack is designed for pushing and pressing in automotive and commercial applications across a variety of garages and workshops. Its exceptional versatility stems from the ability to operate in both horizontal and vertical orientations, while integrated wheels and a wide-based design allow for easy and precise repositioning beneath the vehicle or component.
Constructed with heavy-duty components throughout, the 09844 features a heavy-duty aluminium air motor, chromed pump pistons and a durable polished main ram, all working together to deliver extremely reliable and rugged performance. The heat-treated cylinder wall adds further durability under sustained workshop use, whilst integrated overload protection ensures safe operation at all times. Air filters are incorporated to help prevent contamination of the air motor and internal components.
Lifting height ranges from 253mm minimum to 480mm maximum, with an additional 80mm screw extension that provides improved lifting versatility for a wider range of vehicle and component heights. The 20 TON weight capacity accommodates both smaller and larger vehicles. A heavy-duty welded wide base helps spread weight evenly, and the low-profile design makes the jack well suited to performance vehicles with limited ground clearance. The unit is rated at an air consumption of 5CFM (140 litres per minute).
