The SIP 09829 WINNTEC® 20 Tonne Low-Profile Air Bottle Jack combines heavy-duty components with air-assisted lifting to deliver powerful performance across automotive and commercial applications. Designed to offer safe support for all types of vehicles — including sports and performance cars with a lower profile — this jack is built for demanding workshop environments where reliable, controlled lifting is essential.
The jack features a low-profile design that makes it particularly well suited to performance vehicles sitting close to the ground. A heavy-duty welded wide base helps distribute weight evenly during operation, whilst a heavy-duty aluminium air motor ensures rugged, sustained performance. The heat-treated cylinder wall adds long-term durability, and the durable polished ram combined with chromed pump pistons delivers smooth, consistent lifting action. Integrated overload protection provides an important safety safeguard, and air filters are incorporated to help prevent contamination of the pneumatic circuit.
With a maximum weight capacity of 20 tonnes and a lifting height range of 148mm to 260mm, the 09829 accommodates a broad range of vehicle clearances. An additional 45mm screw extension further increases lifting versatility where extra height is required. Air consumption is rated at 5 CFM (140 litres per minute). The jack is designed for both horizontal and vertical operation, making it exceptionally versatile across workshop configurations.
