Achieving accurate fastener torque is critical in professional workshop applications, and the Draper 34570 Ratchet Torque Wrench is designed to deliver reliable, repeatable results across a 10–80Nm (88.5–708 lb-in) range. The micrometer-type sleeve allows precise preset torque values to be dialled in before use, removing guesswork and reducing the risk of under- or over-tightening. When the preset torque value is reached, the wrench produces an audible click accompanied by a slight release of tension, giving the operator a clear, unmistakable signal to stop. The barrel carries engraved Nm and lb-in scales, enabling straightforward reading without the need for separate conversion. The 3/8" square drive is compatible with a wide range of standard sockets. Overall length is 280mm. Note that this wrench is designed for clockwise right-hand thread torque application only. A calibration certificate is included as standard, supporting traceability requirements in quality-conscious environments. The wrench is supplied in a blow-mould storage case to protect the tool and maintain calibration integrity between uses.
