The Sealey AK8984 Platinum Series 1/2" square drive ratchet wrench tackles both problems directly. The 180° locking flexi-head pivots to gain access where a straight wrench cannot reach, whilst the extendable shaft adjusts from 295mm to 435mm across 7 set increments of 23mm, locked firmly in place by a quick-release locking ring. The 72-tooth ratchet mechanism allows ratcheting in increments of just 5°, making it practical in confined areas where swing arc is limited. Manufactured from Chrome Vanadium steel, hardened and tempered with a fully polished micro satin finish, this wrench is built to the standard expected from daily professional use. A textured soft-grip handle provides comfort and control throughout, and flip reverse with quick-release mechanism speed up fastener changes. Supplied with a lifetime guarantee, subject to correct use in accordance with DIN standards note these tools are designed for improved access, not excessive torque, and misuse will invalidate the guarantee.
