The Draper Expert TX-STAR® Socket Set provides seven dedicated external TX-STAR® sockets across two drive sizes, giving workshop technicians the range needed for a broad selection of fixing sizes in a single organised set. Each socket is manufactured from chrome vanadium steel that has been hardened and tempered, then finished with a chrome-plated and polished surface for corrosion protection. A hole in the drive end of every socket accommodates ball retention, keeping the socket positively located on the drive square during use and reducing the risk of dropped components in confined work areas. The set covers three sockets for 1/4" square drive — E6, E7, and E8 — and four sockets for 3/8" square drive — E10, E12, E14, and E16. All seven sockets are supplied on a socket retaining bar with a hanging hole at each end for clean, orderly storage on a tool board or in a workshop cabinet.
