The Draper Expert HI-TORQ® Metric Socket Set on a Metal Rail (SKU 16492) addresses that need with a 15-piece range covering 8 mm through to 22 mm in a single, organised solution. Each socket in this set is manufactured from chrome vanadium steel and has been hardened and tempered to withstand the demands of professional use. A micro satin finish reduces glare and resists corrosion, while a knurled ring on each socket provides extra grip when selecting and removing sockets by hand. The 6-point socket geometry maximises contact with fastener flats, reducing the risk of rounding under load. The set is manufactured and tested generally in accordance with DIN 3122 and ISO 3315 specifications, providing a recognised standard of dimensional accuracy and mechanical performance. All sockets are mounted on a metal rail for organised storage and quick identification on the workbench or in the toolbox. The 15 sockets supplied cover the following metric sizes: 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 mm, all on a 3/8 in square drive.
