The Draper Expert TX-STAR® Socket Bit, 1/2" Sq. Dr., T70 x 100mm addresses this need with a two-component construction that combines material strength where each element of the tool demands it most. The socket body is manufactured from hardened and tempered chrome vanadium steel delivering the durability and torsional resistance expected of expert-quality tooling. The insert bit is produced from S2 silicon steel with a sand blasted finish a material well regarded in the industry for its toughness under fastening loads. A knurled ring is machined around the socket body to provide a secure positive grip during use. The tool accepts a standard 1/2"" square drive and is sized at 100mm in length with a T70 TX-STAR® profile. Draper TX-STAR® products are compatible with Torx fixing systems Each purchase comprises one socket bit as described.
