Dr., 7mm (SKU 32661) is manufactured from chrome vanadium steel that is hardened and tempered for long-term durability, then finished with a polished chrome plating that provides corrosion protection in demanding workshop environments. The 6 point contact geometry distributes load evenly around the fastener hex, reducing the risk of rounding under high torque, while the deep profile allows the socket to seat fully over longer bolt shanks and recessed fixings. A knurled ring around the socket body provides a positive grip when fitting or removing the socket by hand, even when working in awkward positions or with oily hands. Manufactured and tested generally in accordance with DIN 3124 and ISO 2725-1 specifications, this 7mm deep socket is part of the Draper Expert range and accepts a 1/4" square drive. Supplied as a single socket, it is suitable for integration into an existing socket set or as a targeted replacement in a professional workshop toolkit.
