Each bar in the set is manufactured from chrome vanadium steel, hardened and tempered, and finished with a micro satin chrome plating for corrosion resistance and a clean, professional appearance. A knurled ring on each bar provides a positive grip when fitting or removing sockets by hand, and a spring-loaded ball bearing retains the socket securely throughout use. The set comprises five extension bars measuring 45, 75, 150, 250, and 450 mm, covering a wide range of reach requirements from shallow recesses to deep or obstructed fastener locations. All bars are manufactured and tested generally in accordance with DIN 3122 and ISO 3315 specifications, confirming consistent dimensional and performance standards across the set.
