The chamfered end facilitates positive nut location and clean entry onto fasteners, while a hole for a driving accessory with locking pin ensures the socket remains securely seated on the drive tool during use. Certain socket sizes within the Elora range also feature a knurled band to provide additional hand grip when positioning or removing the socket manually. Manufactured to DIN 3124/ISO 2725 and DIN 3120/ISO 1174 specifications, this socket meets internationally recognised standards for dimensional accuracy and performance.
