The bi-hexagon profile accommodates both hex and bi-hex fasteners, while the chamfered end allows positive nut location and entry, reducing the risk of rounding or slippage during use. A hole for a driving accessory with locking pin is incorporated into the design, enabling secure attachment to extension bars and ratchet drives. On applicable sizes, a knurled band is present for additional hand grip when positioning the socket by hand. Manufactured to DIN 3124/ISO 2725 and DIN 3120/ISO 1174 specifications, this socket meets established international standards for dimensional accuracy and mechanical performance. It is supplied individually as a loose unit, making it a practical choice for replacing a worn socket or extending an existing 3/4" drive set without the need to purchase a full kit.
