The 6-point profile concentrates driving force squarely on the flats of the fastener, reducing the risk of rounding under heavy torque application. A black phosphate finish is applied to the socket body to provide corrosion protection in workshop and industrial environments where moisture and fluid contamination are common. This socket is sized at 28mm and is designed for use with a 3/4-inch square drive. It is supplied complete with a ring and pin retaining assembly, securing the socket to the drive tool during operation. Compatible with both electric and pneumatic impact wrenches accepting a 3/4-inch drive.
