The bi-hexagon profile provides positive engagement across a wider range of fastener conditions, whilst the chamfered end ensures accurate nut location and entry, reducing the risk of fastener damage during use. A hole for a driving accessory spring-loaded ball is incorporated, securing the socket firmly to the drive during operation and minimising the risk of accidental disengagement. With an overall length of 80mm, this is a deep-pattern socket designed to reach recessed or elongated fasteners that standard-depth sockets cannot access. The socket is manufactured to DIN 3124 and ISO 2725 specifications, confirming compliance with recognised international standards for dimensional accuracy and performance. Sold individually, it is suitable for integration into existing 1/2" drive socket sets or for use as a targeted replacement.
