A. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You may also be asked to share images of the product and its packaging for verification. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. A restocking fee of up to 15% of the order value may apply to each returned item.
