At the heart of the set is an adjustable-jaw pulley holder with a spread range of 40–220 mm, giving coverage across a broad spectrum of camshaft and fan clutch pulley sizes. The 520 mm wrench handle provides the extended leverage necessary to hold or rotate a pulley under load without slipping. Eight interchangeable adaptor pins in four sizes — 6, 8, 10 and 16 mm (two of each) — allow the tool to engage with different pulley and clutch configurations, and two adaptor nuts are included to complete the set. All components are manufactured from chrome vanadium steel. The pulley holder carries a satin chrome protective finish, whilst the adaptor pins and bolts are finished in black phosphate for corrosion resistance and durability in workshop conditions. The full 11-piece set is supplied in a sturdy plastic storage case, keeping all components organised and protected between uses.
