Built from heavy-duty steel with a powder-coat finish for corrosion resistance, it adjusts to fit beam track widths between 80mm and 146mm, covering standard I-beam sizes from 180 x 100 x 6mm up to 350 x 150 x 9mm. A minimum curve radius of 900mm allows use on curved gantry runs. Wheel guards are incorporated to prevent contact with other trolleys mounted on the same load bearer, adding a practical layer of safety in multi-trolley installations. The PT1000G is compatible with Sealey lever hoists and chain blocks, making it a straightforward addition to an existing overhead lifting system.
