The Sealey EVBT1000 is a high-lift hydraulic platform truck purpose-built for EV battery maintenance, with a solid steel framework and a 1000kg capacity to handle the considerable weight of modern electric vehicle battery packs. The platform raises from a minimum height of 550mm to a maximum of 1750mm, and the adjustable tabletop with saddles accommodates most EV vehicle battery configurations for both removal and installation. A one-piece hydraulic unit is operated via a large rear-mounted foot pedal, keeping both hands free to guide the load, while the safety release mechanism on the handlebar allows smooth, controlled descent. Four composite wheels two fixed and two locking castors ensure easy rolling across workshop floors. Beyond EV work, the EVBT1000 is equally suited to removing and installing engines, transmissions, fuel tanks, and subframes, and can serve as a mobile service bench.
