A. The Draper 68813 is a 100mm oil filter strap wrench used for gripping and removing or fitting oil filters in automotive and workshop settings. The reinforced rubber strap wraps around the filter body to provide secure purchase, allowing the filter to be turned without slippage.
A. To use the Draper 68813, loop the reinforced rubber strap around the circumference of the oil filter, thread it through the plastic handle, and pull the strap taut. Apply rotational force through the handle to loosen or tighten the filter. The strap grips the filter housing without causing damage to its surface.
