Working with sheet metal demands versatility switching between machines for cutting, bending and rolling wastes time and workshop space. The Sealey TIO760 solves this with a single 30" 3-in-1 light sheet metal working machine that shears, bends and rolls in one unit. It cuts sheets of mild steel up to 1mm (20 gauge) and aluminium or copper up to 1.2mm (18 gauge) across a full 760mm width. The forming brake creates pans with a maximum lip of 1" and bends sheet up to 90°. The rolling section features grooved rollers with diameters of 4mm, 5mm and 6mm for bending rods, and the roller distance and angle are fully adjustable to produce curves, cylinders or cones to your required curvature. Compatible metals include mild steel, aluminium and copper. Please note: this item is heavy and extra assistance must be provided at the delivery point to help ensure safe delivery.
