The KNIPEX 90 25 25 Pipe Cutter addresses this directly through a freely rotating cutting wheel that allows the pipe to be rotated with minimal friction during cutting, delivering up to 60% less effort compared to standard alternatives. The rotation mechanism allows the cutting wheel to penetrate the pipe effortlessly whilst minimising deformation of the pipe wall. Wide plastic supports guide the cut to ensure consistently right-angled results, enabling very short correction sections where rework is required. The tool cuts aluminium composite and plastic conduit pipes with greater ease than conventional shears with a fixed blade, and is also suitable for composite pipes with increased aluminium layer thickness, such as Geberit Mepla, making it well suited to a broad range of installation tasks. The 90 25 25 cuts composite and plastic pipes up to 26 mm in diameter. Ergonomic multi-component handles reduce operator fatigue during extended use, and a locking mechanism is included for safe transport between work sites.
