Achieving precise torque on recessed Torx fixings can be difficult when access is restricted or the tool cannot be presented square to the fastener. The Draper 73035 TX-STAR® Ball End Key Set addresses this by combining a ball-type hexagon tip on the long arm with a conventional end on the short arm, allowing the key to be used at up to 15 degrees from the screwhead recess without sacrificing engagement or drive. Each key in the set is manufactured from chrome vanadium steel, hardened and tempered throughout, and finished with a satin surface treatment to resist corrosion and reduce glare in the workshop. The long arm provides extended reach and increased torque leverage, while the conventional short arm delivers maximum transfer when full engagement with the fastener is required. The set comprises nine Draper TX-STAR® keys covering sizes T10, T15, T20, T25, T27, T30, T40, T45, and T50, giving coverage across the range of Torx fixings most commonly encountered in automotive, mechanical, and industrial applications. All nine keys are retained in a plastic storage holder fitted with a belt clip, keeping the set organised and accessible at the workbench or on the move. Draper TX-STAR® products are compatible with Torx fixing systems.
