Removing and refitting highly torqued wheel nuts on commercial vehicles and trucks demands far greater output torque than a standard wrench can deliver. The Draper Expert Torque Multiplier Kit (SKU 83635) is purpose-built for exactly this task, providing a practical mechanical solution when an air impact wrench is not accessible on site or in the workshop. The multiplier operates at a gear ratio of 1:56 converting modest input force into a maximum output of 3200Nm — sufficient for the most demanding commercial wheel-nut applications. The kit includes two chrome molybdenum 1-inch square drive sockets in 32mm and 33mm sizes catering to the most commonly encountered commercial vehicle wheel nut dimensions. An extension bar is also supplied specifically for use with deep-dished wheels extending reach where standard tooling cannot. All components are presented in a convenient plastic storage case keeping the kit organised and ready for deployment. Expert Quality construction is confirmed across both source descriptions reflecting the standard expected of professional workshop and fleet maintenance environments. With five pieces in total this kit provides a self-contained torque multiplication solution without the need for compressed air infrastructure making it well suited to roadside depot and workshop use alike."
