Achieving reliable fastener removal in deep-access applications demands a socket built to withstand the shock loads of powered drive tools. The Draper HI-TORQ® Deep Impact Socket (SKU 12739) is forged from chrome vanadium steel, then hardened, tempered and chemically blacked to provide corrosion protection suited to workshop environments. The 6-point socket geometry distributes drive force evenly across fastener flats, reducing the risk of rounding during high-torque operations. With an overall length of 78mm, the socket reaches fasteners set deep within assemblies where standard-length sockets cannot engage. The 1/2" square drive is compatible with air, electric and manual impact wrenches, giving workshop professionals flexibility across their existing drive equipment. The socket carries the Draper Expert HI-TORQ® designation — a registered trademark of Draper Tools Ltd — reflecting the specification level applied to its construction. Each pack contains one 12mm Draper Expert HI-TORQ® Deep Impact Socket with 1/2" square drive and 78mm overall length, ready for immediate use.
Expert Quality, deep 6 point socket forged from chrome vanadium steel hardened, tempered and chemically blacked for corrosion protection. These socket are for use with air, electric or manual impact wrenches. Overall lengths 78mm.
