Accessing fasteners in confined or awkwardly angled spaces is a persistent challenge in professional workshop environments. The Draper Expert 16745 Satin Chrome Wobble Extension Bar addresses this directly, allowing a socket to be driven at up to 15° to the vertical via its precision-machined wobble end — giving the technician useful angular flexibility without sacrificing drive security. Constructed from chrome vanadium steel that has been hardened, tempered, and finished with a micro satin chrome surface, the bar delivers the durability and corrosion resistance expected of Expert Quality tooling. A knurled ring is incorporated along the body to provide a positive, slip-free grip even in oily or wet conditions. The socket is retained securely by a spring-loaded ball bearing, reducing the risk of dropped sockets in difficult-to-reach locations. With a 3/8" square drive and a 200mm working length, this extension bar is manufactured and tested in general accordance with DIN 3122 and ISO 3315 specifications, providing confidence in its dimensional accuracy and mechanical performance. Supplied as a single bar, it is a practical addition to any professional socket set.
Expert Quality, with wobble end, manufactured from chrome vanadium steel hardened and tempered with a micro satin finish. Each ext. bar has a knurled ring for extra grip. Machined wobble end allows socket to be driven at up to 15° to the vertical. Attached with a spring - loaded ball bearing for secure socket holding.
