Bleeding a cooling system the traditional way is slow, messy, and risks introducing airlocks that cause overheating problems down the line. The Sealey VS0042 Cooling System Vacuum Purge and Refill Kit eliminates all of that. Simply connect to your workshop air line which requires a recommended air pressure of 90psi and consumes 12cfm via a 1/4" BSP air inlet attach to the cooling system header tank, and create a vacuum. Then attach the 900mm filler hose, open the valve, and your premixed coolant flows cleanly into the system without mess and without airlocks. No more time-consuming bleeding procedures and no more spills to clean up. The kit is supplied complete with three adaptors and a storage case, making it ready to use straight away and easy to store.
