The unit operates on compressed air with a maximum working pressure of 6–8 bar for suction and 0.5 bar for draining, generating a vacuum pressure of -0.5 bar. A vacuum attachment is included for managing spillages, complemented by a drip tray to keep the workshop floor clean. A collection strainer with a 2.5 L capacity filters incoming oil, and a separate height-adjustable collection pan offers a 10 L capacity for additional fluid management. Safety is addressed through a fitted safety valve, and connection to a compressed air supply is straightforward via the included 1/4" BSP coupler. At 36 kg, the drainer is substantial, yet heavy-duty castors and a pull handle ensure it can be manoeuvred with ease around the workshop. Supplied as a complete unit ready for immediate use.
