Workshop measuring tasks involving fuels, oils and chemicals demand a container that resists degradation on contact with those substances. The Draper 83999 Measuring Jug addresses this directly: its body is manufactured from high density polyethylene, a material resistant to diesel, petrol, oils and most acids, making it a practical choice for mechanics and workshop technicians handling a range of fluids. The jug features a flexible spout for controlled pouring, a carrying handle for safe transport when loaded, and a screw top lid to secure contents during storage or transit. These features combine to reduce spillage risk and keep fluids contained when the jug is not in active use.Measuring accuracy is supported by dual-scale graduations marked directly on the jug body, covering both metric and US imperial units. This allows the same jug to serve technicians working to either measurement convention without the need for conversion. With a capacity of 8 litres, the jug is suited to bulk fluid measurement in professional workshop environments. It is supplied as a single unit, sold loose without additional accessories.
High density polyethylene. Resistant to diesel/petrol, oils and most acids. Flexible spout with carrying handle and screw top lid. Metric and US imperial graduations on jug body.
