The SIP 06805 is a 12V DC electric diesel transfer pump rated at 40 litres per minute, built for the safe and accurate dispensing of diesel and fuel oils in professional workshop and fleet environments. Powered by a 160W DC motor with copper-wound armatures, it delivers a maximum pumping head of 10 metres and a maximum suction head of 2 metres, making it well suited to a variety of vehicle refuelling and industrial machinery applications.
The pump is equipped with a fuel meter featuring a 4-digit subtotal and 8-digit grand total display, providing high accuracy and speed of use during dispensing operations. A built-in bypass system enables clean start-and-stop operation, while the supplied non-return valve aids self-priming. The high-quality aluminium nozzle offers added durability under regular workshop use, and the unit comes complete with both delivery and suction hoses.
Operating at 3,200 RPM, the SIP 06805 achieves a maximum working pressure of 15 PSI (1 bar) with IPX4 splash-protection rating and a 30-minute duty cycle. The 3/4" BSP connection is compatible with standard fuel delivery fittings, and the suction hose measures 2 metres with a 4-metre delivery hose supplied as standard. The compact design includes a wall-mountable bracket, allowing the unit to be installed at a fixed dispensing point for fleet or workshop use.
