Garden shears that need to be maintained and replaced regularly can slow down even the most productive work in the field. Draper's 36791 Garden Shears with Straight Edges and Ash Handles address this with blades that are hardened, tempered, and finely ground for smoother, easier cutting, while a non-stick blade coating reduces drag and build-up during use. The shears are fitted with a blade tensioning feature, allowing the cutting action to be adjusted to maintain consistent performance over time. Polished ferrules reinforce the joint between blade and handle, contributing to a secure, durable assembly. The handles are crafted from solid ash, a material recognised for its strength and resilience in hand tool applications. With straight-edged blades measuring 230mm, these shears are suited to general garden trimming and cutting tasks. The product is sold loose as a single unit. The combination of hardened blade construction, tensioning adjustment, and traditional ash handle craftsmanship makes this a well-considered tool for professional and serious domestic use alike.
Manufactured with non-stick blades hardened, tempered and finely ground for smoother easier cutting. Fitted with a blade tensioning feature, polished ferrules and solid ash handles.
