Cutting through tree branches and fallen timber demands a saw that combines reach, rigidity and tooth performance. The Draper 94980 Expert Bow Saw delivers all three through a tough steel oval tubular frame that maintains blade tension under load, paired with a high carbon steel cutting blade featuring hardpoint teeth for extended cutting life. The D-shaped frame geometry accelerates progress through wood quickly, while the curved nose enables better access to hard-to-reach places where a straight frame would foul. Blade changes and tension adjustments are handled at the base of the handle via a dedicated blade tensioner device, keeping the cutting edge taut and tracking true throughout the cut. The triangular toothing pattern supports efficient material removal, and the blade is supplied fitted with a tool guard for safe storage and handling. The soft grip injection moulded plastic handle reduces fatigue during prolonged use. Supplied as a complete 600 mm bow saw ready for use, the 94980 is part of the Draper Expert range and is suited to arboricultural, agricultural and general garden clearance tasks.
