The Estwing EDBA Black Eagle Double Bit Axe is a solid forged double bit axe designed for chopping logs, small trees and branches, and splitting firewood. Two chopping edges provide versatility across a range of cutting tasks, while the balanced construction offers optimal control during use. The bevelled blades are engineered to reduce binding, maintaining efficiency through sustained work. The handle is finished with a genuine leather grip that has been sanded and lacquered for added comfort, giving the axe a distinctive and practical finish. For safe storage and transport, the axe is supplied with a heavy-duty nylon protective sheath that guards both cutting blades when not in use. Key specifications: head weight 38 oz (1 kg), overall length 17 in (432 mm). Supplied as a single unit including the protective sheath. Draper Tools is licensed to sell this Estwing product in the UK, Ireland and Europe.
