Brake and clutch bleeding tasks demand reliable vacuum generation and a versatile adaptor set — the Draper 35891 Vacuum Test Kit delivers both in a single 19-piece package. The kit is compatible with most vehicles and provides a comprehensive solution for bleeding brake and clutch units, ensuring air is fully purged from hydraulic circuits without the need for a second operator. Beyond brake and clutch work, the kit is suited to fault finding across a broad range of common vehicle issues, including air conditioning, fuel systems, transmission, turbo waste gates, valve stem oil seals, ignition and emissions. A single tool therefore supports diagnostic work across multiple vehicle systems. The centrepiece is a 50mm gauge and pump unit featuring a dual reading pressure gauge calibrated from 0 to 760 mm Hg and 0 to 30 inches Hg, allowing results to be read in either scale without conversion. The kit is easily dismantled for cleaning, keeping the pump and gauge in accurate working condition over time. The 19-piece contents include a 120 ml reservoir, transfer cap, 32 mm suction cup, stepped adaptor, tapered hose adaptor, three bleed nipple adaptors, four extension tubes and six hose end cones, providing the range of connections required across different vehicle makes and bleed nipple configurations. All components are supplied in a plastic storage case for organised, protected storage between uses.
