This self-fusing, non-adhesive silicone tape bonds to itself to create a secure, moisture-resistant barrier without leaving any sticky residue when removed. Rated at 8,000V electrical insulation and a tensile strength of 950psi, it is equally at home covering electrical repairs, wrapping hydraulic fittings to prevent corrosion, or acting as a temporary repair on household water pipes and car radiator hoses. At 25mm wide and 5m long, the clear tape remains flexible across an extreme temperature range of -50°C to +260°C, making it suitable for both underbonnet and cold-environment applications. It can also be used to neaten up extension leads and lines in stowage. RoHS compliant. Not suitable for use with petrol, diesel, or brake fluid.
