Professional cable connector crimping work demands reliable organisation and purpose-matched tooling — the KNIPEX 97 90 26 Crimp Assortment delivers both in a single, comprehensive package. Supplied in a TANOS MINI-systainer®, the set features the T-Loc fastener system for one-handed operation, allowing the systainer® to be opened, closed, and connected to a second systainer® with a single turn. When stacked and connected, the box can be opened without disconnecting, providing fast and simple access to its contents. Two stackable plastic inserts with six trays each keep connectors segregated and immediately accessible at the workbench or on site. At the core of the set is 1 x KNIPEX Crimping Pliers (model 97 32 240), rated for cable cross-sections from 0.5 to 6.0 mm². The connector assortment spans thirteen distinct varieties: insulated butt connectors in blue (1.5–2.5 mm²) and red (0.5–1 mm²); eye-type cable connectors in ⌀ 6 mm (4.0–6.0 mm²), ⌀ 5 mm in two sizes (4.0–6.0 mm² and 1.5–2.5 mm²), and ⌀ 4 mm in two sizes (1.5–2.5 mm² and 0.5–1 mm²); round pin plugs ⌀ 4 mm (0.5–1.0 mm²); round sockets ⌀ 4 mm (0.5–1.0 mm²); and blade terminal sockets 6.3 × 0.8 mm across three cross-section ranges (4.0–6.0 mm², 1.5–2.5 mm², and 0.5–1 mm²).
