Stubborn fasteners demand serious leverage and switching between a standard breaker bar and a ratchet costs time on a busy workshop floor. The Sealey AK7316 solves both problems in a single tool. This extendable ratcheting breaker bar features a 1/2" square drive and a shaft that extends from 460mm to 600mm in 30mm increments, locked securely at each position via a quick release locking ring so you always have the right reach for the job. The 36-tooth ratchet requires only 10° of rotation to engage the next tooth, making it highly effective in confined spaces where swing arc is limited. A 180° flexible head with a 3-position control ring gives you clockwise ratchet, anticlockwise ratchet, or fully locked covering every situation from initial break-torque through to running a fastener down. Manufactured from Chrome Vanadium steel, hardened and tempered with a chrome plated mirror finish, this bar is built for daily professional use. A soft grip handle reduces fatigue during extended use. The ratchet knuckle joint is fully replaceable (consumable part AK7316RK 1/2" Sq Drive Knuckle) and the tool is backed by Sealey's lifetime guarantee, excluding the knuckle joint which is treated as a consumable item.
