The Draper 23707 12V Digital Brake Fluid Tester with Printer gives workshops and technicians a fast, reliable method of assessing brake fluid condition without the guesswork of colour comparison or manual testing. The tester works by measuring the water content of brake fluid directly through its flexible stainless steel probe, which extends to 260 mm in length and 5 mm in diameter, allowing access to most reservoir openings. Readings are displayed on an LCD screen with an analogue bar graph for immediate, easy interpretation, and a sound alarm provides an additional alert when fluid condition requires attention. Compatible with DOT 3, DOT 4, and DOT 5.1 brake fluids, the unit is powered directly from a 12V DC car battery via the supplied positive and negative leads with clamps — no separate power source or batteries required. The built-in thermal printer produces a physical record of each test result, providing printed evidence for service histories, safety checks, and compliance documentation. The tester measures 235 mm in length and 90 mm in diameter and weighs 524 g. Paper rolls measuring 57 mm (L) × 30 mm (W) are used, and a roll is supplied.
