The upgrade kit contains the dies and punches needed to flare 6mm brake pipes to the same standard as the rest of the Flaremaster2 range. The dies are interchangeable and held in place by magnets, consistent with the original Flaremaster2 design, and integrate directly into the existing tool without modification.
The benefit of upgrading rather than buying a separate flaring tool is consistency: the same hand-held, on-vehicle workflow used for smaller pipe sizes is preserved, with the only change being the dies and punches in use.
