The kit operates via a pump-action mechanism that pressurises the reservoir, forcing hydraulic fluid through the system without the need for an assistant at the brake pedal. The visual pressure gauge allows the operator to monitor pressure throughout the process, enabling safe and controlled use. Operating pressure ranges from 29 to 80 psi (2 to 5 bar), with a maximum pressure of 5 bar (80 psi). The 3-litre reservoir holds sufficient fluid to service an entire brake system in a single session, and a separate 1-litre waste oil bottle captures expelled fluid cleanly. The suction and connecting hose measures 1,070 mm, while the waste hose is 300 mm in length. Total weight is 1.4 kg. A 45 mm adaptor cap and a cap wrench for easy reservoir refilling are supplied as standard.
