The Sealey RE97XC02 is a compact 2-tonne push ram designed for exactly these applications, combining a manageable closed height of 139mm with a 240mm open height to suit confined working spaces. The ram features unique ram and cylinder bearings that absorb eccentric load stresses, protecting the cylinder against abrasion, over-extension and jamming extending the working life of the unit. A chromed ram with polyurethane seals and wipers further contributes to longer service life. Connection is fast and secure via a high-flow, quick-connecting coupler with dust cap included. The RE97XC02 is designed for use in conjunction with a 610/40 or 604/40 hydraulic pump and 610/42 hose, available from the RE83 and RE97 Series Body Repair Kits note these are not included and must be sourced separately. With no return spring, retraction is managed by the hydraulic system.
