Running mains-powered tools or appliances from a 12V DC source without a reliable 230V supply is a common challenge in vehicles, caravans, boats and commercial applications. The Sealey PI2000 Modified Sine Wave Power Inverter solves this by converting 12V DC into a continuous 230V AC supply at 50Hz, with a peak power output of 4000W and a continuous output of 2000W. Two 3-pin 230V sockets provide mains power for your equipment, while dual USB ports deliver a combined 5V 2.1A output for charging devices simultaneously. An LCD information display shows output wattage, input voltage and battery level at a glance, keeping you informed during use. The aluminium body features four mounting points for secure, permanent installation, and a near-silent cooling fan ensures low noise operation. Safety is covered by overload shutdown, audible low voltage alarm, thermal shutdown and short circuit shutdown. Supplied complete with 1m battery cables, a wired remote control and an in-line fuse kit, the PI2000 is ready to install straight from the box. Input supply requirement is 12V DC at up to 200A maximum. Unit dimensions are 390 x 170 x 88mm.
