The Sykes Pickavant 520008DC Propulstation 12/24V‑2400/1200CA is a powerful DC‑charged booster pack designed for vehicle‑mounted use. It delivers 2400 cranking amps at 12 V and 1200 at 24 V, with peak outputs of 6200/3100 A, making it suitable for starting a wide range of petrol and diesel vehicles. The unique docking station concept keeps the booster fully charged and in a consistent location on the vehicle, helping to prevent flat packs and extending battery life. AGM internal batteries provide high instantaneous power, and the rugged polyethylene shell with 5 mm wall thickness resists workshop and mobile-service abuse. Long, flexible, double‑insulated cables and wide‑opening clamps with copper traces deliver strong current to both bronze jaws. The DC version is supplied with a 5 m cable and one-way diode for connection to the vehicle’s electrical system, making it ideal for recovery trucks, mobile technicians and fleet support vehicles.
