Unreliable battery testing with basic tools leaves you guessing about whether a vehicle's charging system, starter motor or alternator is the real source of the problem. The Sealey BT2012 Digital Battery and Alternator Tester removes that uncertainty with a full diagnosis of the battery, starter motor and charging system in seconds, even on batteries with as little as 1.5V of residual charge. The large LCD displays charging and starting system status with clear, decision-making results, and a built-in printer lets you produce a hard copy on the spot. It supports 12V batteries across a wide range of types standard Lead-Acid, VRLA, GEL, AGM and EFB making it suitable for conventional vehicles and all Start/Stop models. Test ranges cover 50-1400 CCA (SAE/EN), 50-800 CCA (DIN/IEC) and JIS by battery type, with rating system support for DIN, EN, IEC and SAE. A heavy-duty rubber cover gives a secure, confident grip during use. Requires 1 x 9V battery (not included). Replacement printing rolls are available under part number BT2012.V2-01.
