Seized and stubborn fittings cost time and risk damaging surrounding components when forced with conventional tools. The Sealey VS230 is a portable 2000W induction heater designed to deliver high heat quickly and effectively to ferrous metal, loosening seized fittings, bolts, and fixings without the need for open flame. Simply install the appropriate coil and place it over or around the fitting to be treated. Supplied with a comprehensive coil set including: Direct Coil 20mm (VS2303), Direct Coil 30mm (VS2305), Side Coil 20mm (VS2304), Side Coil 30mm (VS2306), Pad Coil 55mm (VS2309), Flex Coil 920mm (VS2310), and 29mm Induction Adaptor (VS23111). Also supplied with a special dent induction block for panel expansion and an induction pad for plastic trim and sticker removal. Everything stores neatly in the included storage case. Rated at 2000W, 230V supply, 50/60Hz, with a 16V/60A/100kHz output and 15% duty cycle.
