The Sealey SA803 is a 150mm air palm orbital sander built for dust-free operation, featuring a dedicated outlet sized at 35mm for connection to centralised dust extraction systems, as well as a self-generated vacuum with hose and bag for standalone use. The sander runs at 11000rpm free speed with a 2.5mm orbit size, operating at 90psi from a 1/4"BSP inlet at just 4cfm air consumption. The polycarbonate outer housing with soft rubber handgrip reduces both chill and vibration rated at 1.8m/s² with an uncertainty of 0.9m/s² while the exhaust muffler keeps noise down to 100dB(A) power and 89dB(A) pressure. An adjustable air regulator gives you additional control over sanding speed. Supplied with a 150mm hook-and-loop dust-free pad for fast abrasive pad changes. Pad thread size is 5/16"UNF.
