The Draper 58318 D20 20V Brushless Random Orbit Polisher delivers exactly that, drawing power from the D20 interchangeable battery system to eliminate trailing cables without sacrificing performance. At its core, a high-performance brushless motor drives a 125mm pad across a 15mm orbit, with six selectable speeds spanning 1,600 to 4,710 orbits per minute to match the demands of each application. Smooth-start operation keeps the pad under control at engagement, while anti-restart and overload protection safeguard both operator and workpiece. The slide on/off switch incorporates a lock-on function for continuous operation, freeing the operator to maintain a secure grip on the auxiliary handle. Comfort is addressed through an ergonomic soft-grip handle complemented by easy-grip sections on the head of the polisher, enabling effective sideway working angles. At 1.94kg, the tool remains manoeuvrable across bonnets, panels and bodywork. The kit is supplied with a hook and loop wool pad, sponge pad, hex wrench and auxiliary handle as standard. As part of the D20 multi-tool battery system, the one battery can be shared across the full D20 series. D20 batteries and chargers are available separately.
